Who I am
I was born in West Berlin back when it was still called that, and brought up in the fine Irish city of Kilkenny.
I now live in Toronto and work as a freelance writer, animator and filmmaker.
What I do
I tell stories, using words, images, dialogue, graphics, music, and more.
I create animations and motion graphics sequences for TV and film.
I script TV shows, documentaries, feature films, and web videos.
I direct live action and animation documentaries and entertainment.
I write commercials, promotional material, and ad copy.
Where I learned it
Master of Arts (MA) in film production, first class honours, from Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland, October 2001.
Bachelor of Design (B. Des) in Visual Communication with Special Commendation, from the National College of Art and Design, Dublin, Ireland, June 1994.
